Final CLARIFY drop-in at Vancity Yoga with me will be on Wed, April 23, 2025

In a typical class we will begin with some gentle pranayama (breathing techniques) and accessible mobility and movement exploration. As we progress we build on an opportunity to work a little harder or to perhaps try something new. Breath and presence is all that is required.

*Please pre-register at least 3 hours in advance to attend a drop-in, we require a 3 student minimum :)
